Refund policy
At Trivolt Cards, we want to guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of return under the terms described below.
Right of Free Resolution
According to applicable Portuguese law, the customer has 14 days after receiving the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, without needing to state a reason.
To exercise this right, you must communicate your decision through the Contact page, indicating the order number.
Conditions for Return
For a return to be accepted, the products must:
- To show no signs of use.
- Keep sealed (when applicable)
- To be in the original packaging and in perfect condition.
Products that have been opened, used, damaged, or have a broken seal cannot be returned.
Refunds
After receiving and verifying the status of the returned product, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days , using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of an error by Trivolt Cards or a product defect.
Return Costs
Unless otherwise indicated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photographs as proof.
